Drawing inspiration from theater, where breaking the “fourth wall” blurs the boundaries between audience and stage, the design transforms the kitchen into a stage-like setting, inviting patrons to immerse themselves in the culinary spectacle.

The Theatrical Experience

Upon entering Confier, guests are greeted with an ambiance reminiscent of a theater. The spatial layout mimics the dynamics of a stage, with distinct areas serving different functions. The “Backstage” reception area sets the stage for the culinary journey, while the bustling “Main Stage” kitchen allows patrons to engage with chefs as they prepare exquisite dishes. Tables are arranged like an audience in an auditorium, enhancing the theatrical atmosphere.

Innovative Design Elements

A highlight of Confier’s design is the mirror structure installed above the front kitchen, strategically positioned to offer a view of the final plating scene from any vantage point.
